Ruth Masese: I've been asked this question a lot lately (journalists visit the centenarian
regularly). But there is no secret, and I have already answered it many times. Health and longevity
in clean vessels. Nothing else. The cleaner they are, the more health they have. Old age comes just
when the vessels become dirty. They become dirty during life, and dirt accumulates in them. Because
